No, in fact we have no minimum duration. Our contracts run on a rolling month by month basis? Why? Because we want you to stay because of the quality of our service, not the rigidity of our contracts.
Our outsourced HR contracts have 3 month notice periods. We’ve put these in place because our flexible approach allows you to borrow time from future months. The three month notice period allows us to ensure you’re balanced before the contract expires. That way you avoid having a large reconciliation invoice.
You can be either borrow or carry over up to 3 months of your monthly allowance. This allows you to flex the support for when you really need it. So if you know you’ve got a major recruitment campaign, you could save up time for that project.
Similarly, if you have a quiet month, you can bank support for future months.

If you take out one of our Outsourced HR support packages, then we will invoice you monthly with the first invoice sent on day one of the contract.
If you want one off HR Project Support, we will invoice you 25% of the total agreed cost before we start work with the balance paid on completion.
Our normal payment terms are 30 days.
We will agree the scope of the project with you and will then provide an estimated cost based on that scope. If you ask for additional items once the project has commenced, we may requote based on those additional requirements.
As at July 2019, Cornerstone are not VAT registered. However, we are continually assessing this and expect to be VAT registered from early 2020.
