How long does a contract last?

In return for signing a 12 month contract, you will receive a set amount of HR support per month tailored to your business needs. Our first engagement with you will be to complete a HR health check of where you currently are against the legal requirements for your organisation. We then provide a report of recommendations of what you need to become totally compliant. From there, it’s up to you! If you are a growing business, we will tell you how we can support your growth ambitions.

What if I don't want to commit to 12 months?

That’s absolutely fine! We are happy to provide one off project support that will meet you needs.
