How long does a contract last?
There is no limit on contract length and our standard notice period is 3 months so you aren’t tied in for a prolonged period. We also allow you to roll unused time over from one month to the next so if you don’t use all you HR support in one month, you can use it the following month! So outsourcing your HR provision was never easier or more focussed on your needs. Our first engagement with you will be to complete a HR health check of where you currently are against the legal requirements for your organisation. We then provide a report of recommendations of what you need to become totally compliant. From there, it’s up to you! If you are a growing business, we will tell you how we can support your growth ambitions.
What if I don't want to commit to an outsourced HR package?
That’s absolutely fine! We are happy to provide one off project support that will meet you needs.
